For all Fitness classes please make an account on IClassPro and make sure you are a student in the portal as well. Please be sure to accept all waivers. Waivers must be accepted for you to participate.

Once waivers are signed and accepted, please then attach your debit card to your account. Then go in and register for the fitness class of your choosing. (Example: Bootcamp Fitness)

 

 

 

 

 

TOTAL BODY BOOT CAMP

This fitness class uses circuit training to work your entire body with cardio, lower body, upper body, and core exercises. Workouts are high intensity to burn a ton of calories, get your heart rate up, and strengthen your muscles.

DANCE FITNESS

This class contains different genres of dance for a variety of cardio, toning and strengthening workouts. Weekly classes may contain a Latin cardio-dance workout, hip hop dance for toning and stamina, and ballet/barre for flexibility and strength. Each class uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. Whether you are looking to shed a few pounds, do some cardio, or just have a good time dancing, we can assure you this is a class you will enjoy.

 

punch cards can be purchased at the front desk and can be used for both classes (starting Sept. 3rd). you get 8 classes per punch card, once you fill your card you get a free class!
