Here at All American Gymnastic & Dance Academy, we pride ourselves on offering comprehensive gymnastics programs, including XCEL (Bronze-Sapphire) and DP (Levels 2-10) Gymnastics, tailored to cater to a diverse range of skill levels and aspirations. Our XCEL program is designed to provide gymnasts with an alternative competitive track that emphasizes individuality, flexibility, and creativity while still maintaining the core values of traditional gymnastics. Athletes in the XCEL program have the opportunity to compete at various levels, allowing for a more personalized approach to competition. On the other hand, our DP Gymnastics program focuses on developing the foundational skills necessary for success in gymnastics, with an emphasis on discipline, strength, and technique. Through a combination of progressive drills, specialized coaching, and state-of-the-art equipment, our DP Gymnastics program ensures that athletes build a strong foundation while fostering a love for the sport. Both programs are led by experienced coaches who are dedicated to nurturing the talents of each gymnast, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where athletes can thrive and achieve their goals.
