About our Parkour Program

What is Parkour? Parkour is all about finding the quickest and most efficient way of getting from point A to point B – running, jumping, climbing and flipping. In this program your child will learn and develop how to overcome obstacles and strength their mind and body. This course is geared towards building up the athlete and having fun!

Class Times

Wednesdays 5:30pm – 6:20pm
Age 11+

Wednesdays 6:30pm – 7:20pm
Age 11+

Thursdays 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Parkour Pre-Team (Evaluation Needed)

Friday 5:15pm -6pm
Age 3-5

Fridays 6:00pm – 6:50pm
Age 6-10

Saturdays 11:00pm – 11:50pm
Age 6-10
